Surveying
Summit Engineering Corporation has been responsible for the land surveying associated with many of the largest and most complex projects in the State of Nevada, using state of the art equipment and experienced personel. Summit Engineering Corporation has provided land surveying services including initial control, boundary resolution, topographical (topo) mapping, subdivision mapping and/or construction surveying for the following ongoing or recently completed projects:

Somersett Development - Summit Engineering Corporation was responsible for primary control, boundary resolution, topo mapping, subdivision mapping and construction surveying for a portion of this project consisting of approximately 2,200 residential units.

Alturas Power Line – Summit Engineering Corporation was responsible for the construction staking on the southerly segment of this 345 kV power line. It involved the initial GPS control surveys and boundary resolution for right of way acquisitions along with the staking of the power poles.

Mortensen Annexation – Summit Engineering Corporation provided the field work necessary to prepare the annexation map for this 3,000 acre project located west of Reno.

Woodland Village – Summit Engineering Corporation has provided all surveying services on this 2,000 unit project north of the City of Reno. Services include primary control, topo survey, subdivision mapping, and construction surveying.

D’Andrea Ranch– Summit Engineering Corporation has provided control surveys, topographic surveying, ALTA surveys, subdivision mapping and construction surveying services on this 2,200 unit master planned community in Sparks.

Copper Canyon Commercial and Technology Park – Summit Engineering Corporation has provided the primary GPS control and topo for this 1,200 acre master planned community.

Falcon to Gonder Power Line – Summit Engineering Corporation provided construction surveying services which included RTK GPS staking for the power poles on this 140 mile power line.

Arrowcreek Development – Summit Engineering Corporation crews have been providing construction staking on portions of this master planned community in southwest Truckee Meadows.

Northgate – Summit Engineering Corporation has provided all surveying services from primary control through construction surveying on this master planned community in northwest Reno.

Silverado Ranch Estates – Summit Engineering Corporation has provided all surveying services on this master planned development in northwest Reno.

Boomtown – Summit Engineering Corporation has provided boundary and construction surveying services for this hotel/casino in Verdi, Nevada.

Lawton to Verdi Sanitary Sewer – Summit Engineering Corporation has provided control, boundary and construction surveying services for the main sewer line that will connect developments in Verdi to the main treatment facility in Sparks, Nevada.

Harrah's Hotel/Casino, Reno, NV
Survey control for high-rise construction on the south tower of Harrah's Hotel in Reno, NV. This facility was a 17-story addition to the existing Reno facility.
