Water Rights
The Water Rights staff at Summit Engineering Corporation has the experience to handle all aspects of Nevada Water Law. Each has the ability to represent our client’s interests as a liaison between all of the pertinent agencies, which include the Nevada State Engineer’s office, Washoe County Water Resources, the Truckee Meadows Water Authority, and the cities of Sparks and Reno.

Water Rights are a fundamental part of development, recreation, mining and ranching. Our department, which includes seven registered water rights surveyors on staff, has the ability to determine water resource requirements and acquisition, which is necessary to support any project.
